St Tims is pleased to host another Week of Accompanied Prayer from 19th – 25th October 2008, following on from two very well-attended weeks in 2005 and 2006.
This is organised by the ecumenical group Inspir Sheffield, and involves participants sharing with an accompanier something of their prayer life and receiving encouragement and hints to continue on the road towards closeness with God.
Even if you have not registered as a participant in the Week, you can take this opportunity to have your own week of prayer by making use of the Prayer Room, which is set up in church, and the church is open from 1pm to 8pm every day this week.
