As a local, community based church we have many activities for people in the area, operating from our large, modernised Community Hall , and plenty to get involved with.
From our Toddler Group for under 5s to a weekly Lunch Club for our Elders and the St Tims daytime Social Club, and from the weekly church services to the activities of the Uniformed Organisations, there's always something going on.
Church members will find a variety of ways of getting to know one another, with Fellowship Groups, prayer and other social activities for adults.
St Tims is trying to become more aware and active in social justice and environmental concerns in our city, nation and in the wider world. We encourage each other to change the way we live and to pray, as befits a community trying to live in accordance with the vision of Acts Chapter 2:44, ‘All the believers continued together in close fellowship and shared their belongings with one another.’ The Re:Acts2 group coordinates and encourages the church in this.
